MUC-ONE is a flexible building concept that targets a mix of uses that includes the construction of an underground automatic parking system, a mobility base, a bicycle store and space for restaurants and offices. This innovative combination creates a multifunctional space that meets the requirements of modern urban mobility and work culture.
The sustainable architecture of the building with a high-quality, contemporary façade not only contributes to an appealing cityscape, but also meets the highest ecological standards. The project’s optimal connection to Munich’s city center, just outside the old town ring road and in the immediate vicinity of the main train station, makes it a key location for efficient and sustainable urban mobility.
