The new Baarermatte is a sustainable construction project by the Allreal Group with a low carbon footprint based on four principles: regional and resource-conserving timber construction, reuse of existing components, a space-saving mobility tower instead of underground parking and the sponge city principle for natural rainwater use and the promotion of climate and biodiversity.

From mid-2028, the result will be a pioneering place to live and work. Baarermatte comprises 110 condominiums, 10 studios and around 6,600 m² of office space. The mobility tower developed by Parkstory has space for 137 cars. Four modern transfer rooms are available to users.
