The Allreal Group’s Baarermatte project is a showcase project for resource-efficient construction – and we are proud to be part of it with our mobility tower.
The concept impresses with:
– Sustainable timber construction with regional materials

– An automated mobility tower that saves space and avoids grey energy
– The sponge city principle for a better microclimate and more biodiversity
Our contribution: The mobility tower enables efficient, space-saving parking – without the need for an underground garage. This not only saves space, but also significantly reduces the use of concrete.
