MUC-ONE is a flexible building concept that targets a mix of uses that includes the construction of an underground automatic parking system, a mobility base, a bicycle store and space for restaurants and offices. This innovative combination creates a multifunctional space that meets the requirements of modern urban mobility and work culture.<\/p>

The sustainable architecture of the building with a high-quality, contemporary fa\u00e7ade not only contributes to an appealing cityscape, but also meets the highest ecological standards.
