The Parkstory parking system uses automatic license plate reading to make the parking process easier for users. The parking lot is also accessible via the Parkstory app with a QR code. There are a few, as this has only recently become an issue when it comes to reducing construction costs, efficiently integrating electric vehicle charging and making better use of space. <\/p>\n

It is definitely more environmentally friendly.<\/p>\n

A normal gasoline car produces 120 g\/km of CO2, and in many parking garages the cars drive 1 km to and from their parking space every day. That would cause 43,800 g per year, or 4.38 tons of CO2 per year with 100 cars per garage.<\/p>\n

Depending on the topology, our system can consume less than 0.10 KwH per operation. This would mean 0.2 per car per day. CO2 emissions would be 0 if renewable energy is used, or 70g per car per day if the current German energy mix is taken into account. So even with the current energy mix, CO2 emissions would be 40% lower than with a conventional garage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How do we ensure that cars on the upper levels of the parking garage do not drip dirty water onto other cars on the lower levels?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Where possible, we use concrete floors to separate the parking levels. This avoids this problem and provides much better fire protection. In the rare cases where we use a steel structure, we incorporate controlled water drainage on the pallets.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
